A new approach has been taken for the setup of Wine

As Wine and CrossOver continue to forge ahead together, Existing setup tools have become outdated or no longer updated/maintained. As such, A new approach was needed to keep up to date with the latest advances in Wine. Wine is no longer manually setup as in the past, But uses a stripped down CrossOver Bottle with various core components installed as it's base.

To setup Wine, All you now do is Download the 123WineSetup archive and run the script to install a clean Wine setup.

123WineSetup can be downloaded here:

For the best results, It is recommended to use the latest version of Wine available to you.

The script included in 123WineSetup renames your existing (if any) operational Wine folder. If you have previously installed any programs with Wine, You will need to reinstall them.
